Naming, branding and communication concept
This currently unused 9000 m² railway area is located in the center of Berlin, 200m away from one of the main stations, the Ostbahnhof. It was planned to be turned into a location with a mix of indoor street-food restaurants, local craftsmen workshops, co-working offices and small shops.
Our naming proposal was closely related to the actual location being situated underneath the railway tracks. Our main slogan for the communication – 24/7, which we turned into a Logo design – is communicating the spot as a destination for tourists and locals which is open around the clock, seven days a week.
Naming and branding of new property developments by Signa Real Estate and Pott Architects
Logo development and subsequent re-branding of TTI Investment to TTI Group. Based on the existing logo, a faux 3-dimensional rendering of the letters TTI, we created a highly stylised, minimal logo with a rigorous grid system.
UP! is a new office development for the Zalando headquarters close to Berlin's Ostbahnhof. By cutting out segments of an existing building - an old shopping mall - the property is re-developed into a modern office space.
