Carsten Schneider
Carsten grew up in mostly landlocked Germany where a strong design tradition compensates for a lack of ocean. He studied visual arts and design in the Bauhaus tradition at the Merz Academy in Stuttgart, before moving to London to obtain his Master’s degree and begin work in Less Rain’s London office as Creative Director. He has held this post for more than 20 years.
Carsten is an enthusiastic student of Japanese culture and language although he has already discovered that he doesn’t like fish because it just tastes too fishy. He nevertheless wields his chopsticks with relish and dived into the sea of Japanese experience and gather its pearls.
